Sweepstakes Advantage Website Review

Sweepstakes Advantage Website Review
Sweepstakes Advantage is a website with thousands of listings of sweeps and contests. It's a trusted site that has been running since 1997 with a friendly forum to talk about sweeps you've entered and learn tips and tricks of this hobby.

Options for searching sweeps on the site are through categories and prize types. Sweepstakes Advantage has mostly US based listings but there is a section with UK sweeps. Categories include daily, unlimited entry, instant win, weekly, Facebook and Twitter contests among many more. I love the feature of being able to browse through the sweeps this way as well as through prize types. If I want to enter cash only sweeps on a certain day, then I can easily do that. There is also an option to receive an email newsletter to keep you up to date on the latest sweeps news from the site.

Each listing has important stats at the bottom including any age and location restrictions, expiration and how many times you can enter. The site also allows you to keep track of the sweeps you've entered.

Before you click on a contest which will take you off site, I recommend reading any comments from other members for that particular sweep. There's a comment section for each one. Sometimes there will be technical glitches associated with the entry process and other members may have commented on how they worked them out or if they've contacted the contest sponsors to fix them which may save you a headache. Members will also warn others when they feel a sweep or site seems spammy or like a scam or there's a discussion going on about the rules of the contest.

A basic membership is free which gives you access to many sweepstakes. A premium membership known as Sweepstakes Plus costs $30 a year which includes perks including:
  • Access to members only sweeps.

  • Advanced tools to organize sweeps on the site.

  • No banner or Pop-Up ads.

  • Sweepstakes Plus instant member support.
The site offers a 3-day free trial to Sweepstakes Plus to help you decide if you want to buy the annual membership.

My advice would be to start with the basic membership to see how well you like it. You'll have plenty of contests to keep you busy. It's easy to create a free account which is what I have so far, and I've found the site easy to navigate. There are ads, but I don't find them too obtrusive. You just need to give your name and email and create a username for the site here. Good luck!
